ST. PAUL—A North Dakota economic development group is one of five winners of the 2019 Bush Prize for Community Innovation, the Bush Foundation announced Tuesday, Nov. 12.
The Valley City-Barnes County Development Corporation was awarded an unrestricted grant of $358,000.
